This popular sea of clouds is located at Nueva Vizcaya-Quirino road, Binuangan, Dupax del Norte in the province of Nueva Vizcaya which is a far land away from city. Due to the mesmerizing formation of clouds early in the morning (not everyday), people from different places were able to come and visit the beauty of our viewpoint with enjoyment and even share their happy moments along with the clouds in which many engagement proposals were done and was historically recorded. And of course, beside from the relaxing view of the clouds we also have the "Kusina Di Zongavan" right in the area that offers a meal good for breakfast, lunch or dinner to enjoy the stay not only to full the eyes from the sight but also the stomach from delicious foods.

(Cttos.) This is the location of the Kusina di Zongavan which currently offering worth meals to dine in.

Introducing the two viewpoints at Sea of Clouds, the Zongavan Viewpoint and the La-vha-tan Viewpoint.

(Cttos.) This is the Zongavan Viewpoint and the first viewpoint that was built located at the upper part of KUSINA DI ZONGAVAN.

(Ctto) This is the La-vha-tan Viewpoint which was built recently and was located higher than the Zongavan Viewpoint.
