A simple view that turns out to be a local tourist destination!
(Ctto.) This popular sea of clouds is located at Nueva Vizcaya-Quirino road, Binuangan, Dupax del Norte in the province of Nueva Vizcaya which is a far land away from city. Due to the mesmerizing formation of clouds early in the morning (not everyday), people from different places were able to come and visit the beauty of our viewpoint with enjoyment and even share their happy moments along with the clouds in which many engagement proposals were done and was historically recorded.
